litio (2020) for large ensemble / sinfonietta

Litio was developed during a series of workshops with the eminent Norwegian sinfonietta Ensemble Ernst and conductor Thomas Rimul in 2020. It was premiered by Ensemble Ernst in Oslo May 31st in 2021, along with pieces by Jonas Skaarud and Jon Øivind Ness.

Ensemble Ernst later performed Litio again at the BrassWind Festival in Bergen and another concert in Oslo, fall 2021. The Stavanger based sinfonietta Insimul and conductor Rune Furøy Johansen performed the piece at a nyMusikk Stavanger concert, fall 2021.
